DILLON COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) - Police say they have a person of interest in connection with a body found in Dillon county Saturday.
Deputies say the body of a man was discovered just after 12:30 p.m. on Cashua Ferry Road.
Officers say they know who the victim is, but aren't releasing his name until they notify the next of kin.
Deputies say they're treating this situation as a homicide. An autopsy is being performed on the man's body to determine a cause of death.
