The Atlantic Beach finance committee is meeting Friday morning to discuss the 2011-2012 budget.
Committee member Carolyn Cole says Waste Management has not been paid since January.
Mayor Retha Pierce says the town owes the company $5,000. Garbage has not been picked up in the town in weeks.
Cole is now going over revenue and expenses for Bike Fest.
The finance committee plans to meet again Monday at 10 a.m.
