Saturday, North Myrtle Beach will go green for St. Patrick's Day, hosting the 24th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival.
The parade starts at 9 a.m. on Main Street and heads east, turning right on Hillside Drive, down 1st Avenue South and then north on Ocean Boulevard before ending at 2nd Avenue North.
It is expected to last two hours.

Allyson Floyd, Tim McGinnis and Ed Piotrowski will be your hosts. We will be broadcasting from the judging area at Main Street & Hillside Drive.
Holly Morgan and Jason Claspell, with WPDE's Good Morning Carolinas, will be emceeing the parade from a stage at the Bi-Lo Shopping Center on Main Street. Amanda Kinseth and Cecil Chandler, with WPDE's Carolina & Company, will be emceeing from a stage at Ocean Boulevard and Main Street.
The parade may end at 11 a.m., but the fun is just starting! The North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick's Day festival will run from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Main Street between Hillside Drive and Ocean Boulevard.
You can shop for arts and crafts or food and drink with more than 125 vendors signed up. Stop by the NewsChannel 15 tent to say hi! We'll be in front of Kings near Ocean Boulevard.
Throughout the festival, you can catch Irish music and dance at two stage areas, one at Hillside Drive and Main Street, the other at the end of Main Street at Ocean Boulevard.
There's a children's area with rides and games and souvenir T-shirts for sale!
We will be rebroadcasting the parade on WPDE's digital channel, 15.2 (accessible on Time Warner and HTC) on Sunday, March 18th at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and on Monday, March 19th at 8 p.m.
