The ramp that takes drivers from Interstate 95 south to I-20 is closed because an 18-wheeler overturned there just after 1 p.m.
Highway Patrol Lance Corporal Sonny Collins says he doesn't know how long it will be closed. It could be an extended amount of time.
Collins says the truck was carrying chemicals, but he didn't know what kind.
He says firefighters are at the crash, assessing the best way to clean it up.
