North Myrtle Beach arrested Steven Robert Spencer Friday and charged him with multiple counts of burglary.
Police say Myrtle Beach police arrested Spencer on burglary charges and during their interview, Spencer confessed to burglaries in North Myrtle Beach.
North Myrtle Beach police say Spencer confessed to 18 burglaries there. They say he identified the homes he burglarized, and his information matched the reports from the burglary victims.
Police recovered the stolen property and are working to return it to the victims.
