KDC, a commercial real estate and investment firms, has announced the completion of a new 32,000-square-foot regional headquarters for PSA, LLC, a healthcare management and technology products service.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for the new $5.5 million facility, at 1362 Celebration Blvd. in Florence.
"This was a great opportunity to develop a build-to-suit regional headquarters for a growing healthcare management company," said Larry Wilson, president of KDC's Charlotte, NC-based southeast division, in a press release. "The final product will provide PSA employees with an updated, modern facility customized to fit their specific needs."
The new, one-story facility will house about 265 employees. Employees will move from PSA's current location at 181 East Evans Street in Florence into the new headquarters on March 16. The new headquarters will open on March 19.
"Florence County Council is pleased we partnered with PSA to make this expansion possible," said K.G. "Rusty" Smith, Chairman of Florence County Council. "We often hear about the new companies coming to town, but it's also exciting to see an existing industry continuing to grow here."
