A Washington, D.C. judge ruled in favor of four tobacco companies, stating new, graphic picture cigarette pack labels are unconstitutional.

Four Tobacco companies sued the federal government claiming new labels violate their freedom of speech rights.

The images show a man smoking through a hole in his throat, a dead man and rotting teeth, among others.

It was supposed to be mandatory for cigarette companies to put them on all packs starting in September.
