The vacant Waccamaw Pottery Center in Myrtle Beach has been purchased for $10 million dollars.

Alain Wizman, Director of Commercial Real Estate for Keller Williams tells NewsChannel 15 it was bought at the end of last year by the company 3W LLC.

3W LLC is made up of American and International investors.

Wizman says the company considers the purchase a long term investment.

The company has already started renovating with the intention of renting out the spaces for retail, entertainment and restaurants.

3W LLC bought it at the end of last year, but officially closed on the deal about six weeks ago.
