LATTA -- Captain Cliff Arnette with the Dillon County Sheriff's Office says Friday afternoon, state police arrested Corey Wilson.
Arnette says Wilson is a recruiter with the South Carolina National Guard.
Wilson is accused of having sexual relations with a 16- year-old Latta High School student in May of 2011.
Arnette says Wilson is a recruiter at Latta High.
Arnette says administrators at the school notified them of the accusations, and they started an investigation.
Wilson is charged with sexual battery of a student and lewd act on a minor.
He has been released from jail on a $45,000 bond.
Arnette says agents with the State Law Enforcement Division are continuing to investigate the allegations.
