Dillon County Sheriff Major Hulon tells NewsChannel 15 he's called in the State Law Enforcement Division to assist his office in the investigation of a Dillon County Animal Control employee.
Hulon says the woman was charged last Friday for having improper relations with an Dillon County Detention Center inmate who helps out at the animal control office.
Hulon says because this investigation is ongoing, he isn't at liberty to release any additional information.
