Firefighters saved a 12-year-old girl from an apartment fire in Conway.

It happened overnight on Altman Avenue at 3:42 a.m.

Investigators are at the scene Saturday morning trying to figure out what caused the fire.

Brian Roepcke with Conway Fire Department found the girl in a bathroom. Chris Rosafort with Horry County Volunteer Rescue Squad carried her out of the burning home.
