A runoff election was held Tuesday for Andrews Town Council to fill the unexpired term of Michael Shaw who recently resigned.
David Tisdale won with 158 votes to Denise Donell Davis' 93 votes.
Two weeks ago in the special election, no one had filed for the seat so they were all write-in ballots.
