A 31-year-old man was shot twice at a Myrtle Beach motel Friday morning.

Myrtle Beach police found the victim in a parking lot between Golden Sands and Holiday South at 2605 S. Ocean Boulevard around 4 a.m.

The victim told police four men, wearing 'puffy' black jackets, fired seven to ten bullets at him in the Holiday South hallway. He was shot in the leg and the buttocks, according to a police report.

A witness, who also saw the men shooting a gun in the hallway, found the victim in the parking lot.

The victim was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. His condition has not been released.

Police searched the motel and found several 9MM shell casings in the hallway and stairway.

The four suspects remain on the loose. Myrtle Beach police continue to investigate.
