AIKEN, S.C. (AP) - U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson is heading to Aiken to open up a new district office and talk about his agenda for 2012.

Wilson's 2nd District has included part of Aiken County for years, but the map proposed for the 2012 election would have the Republican representing the entire county.

Wilson will open up his new Aiken office at 10 a.m. Tuesday with a speech on his goals for Congress this year. Wilson is expected to call for projects to help lower taxes and make it easier for small businesses to open and keep running.
