Darrick Eugene Poston, 34
Darrick Eugene Poston, 34, was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff's Office today and charged with three counts of Committing a Lewd Act Upon a Minor Under the Age of 16.
According to the arrest warrants, Poston is alleged to have committed lewd acts on two separate victims earlier this month.
Under South Carolina law, Committing a Lewd Act Upon a Child is a felony punishable by a fine in the discretion of the court or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) years, or both.
