Final autopsy results were released Friday morning for Edna Trinity Hunt, 3.
Hunt was brought into Marlboro Park Hospital in October, in cardiac arrest.
Her mother and her mother's boyfriend were later arrested in connection with her death.
Marlboro County Coroner Tim Brown said Friday in a statement, "The autopsy for Edna Trinity Hunt states that her death was due to unusual complications of a urinary tract infection which was left untreated. Other significant factors include multiple inflicted traumas and parent/guardian neglect."
Brown says he's ruled the death as a homicide.
