Police arrest man for CSC

In 1998 Victoria was named Assistant News Director/Reporter for the Myrtle Beach bureau and in 1999 became News Director.

Myrtle Beach police arrested a man who was wanted for a criminal sexual conduct incident in February.

They charged Charles Coley, 46, with criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 16.

The police report says a girl reported the rape happened at an Ocean Boulevard hotel.
