Florence County Deputy Coroner Don Reynolds says preliminary autopsy results in the death of Clifton Eugene Hill, 50, don't show any trauma.

He says the report is inconclusive on the exact cause of Hill's death.

Wednesday morning, relatives found Hill dead in a ditch off of Heyward Road in Florence County.

We're told he got in a fight with a family member at a barbeque and was left in the ditch.

Reynolds says final autopsy results will hopefully determine what killed Hill.

The Florence County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
