Myrtle Beach police arrested Pablo Alberto Vargas Wednesday on four counts of attempted murder.
They say he got into an argument with four people at Broadway at the Beach Saturday. When the people tried to drive away, police say Vargas fired shots in their vehicle.
Vargas was arrested with the help of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force.
