(AP) -- A South Carolina woman who displayed plastic testicles on the back of her pickup truck is set to appear in court.

The attorney for Virginia Tice of Bonneau (bah-NO') said her trial is set for Wednesday morning in municipal court in the Berkeley County community.

Tice received a $445 ticket last July on a charge that she violated the state's obscene bumper sticker law.

The law says that a sticker or emblem is obscene when it describes in an offensive way sexual acts, excretory functions or body parts.

Bonneau Police Chief Franco Fuda asked for a jury trial, saying questions of obscenity should be determined by community standards.
