The owner of Diamond Cab in Myrtle Beach won $200,000 on the $10 Winner Green game.
Nina Kaur says the money will carry the company through the slow winter months.
"I didn't believe it," Kaur told lottery officials when collecting her prize in November.
She thanked her deceased father, who she said gave her money in a dream. She took his gesture as a sign she should play the lottery.
The odds of winning $200,000 in Winner Green are 1 in 428,571.43.
Al's Food Mart in Myrtle Beach received $2,000 for selling the ticket.
