Low Country Community Church in Murrells Inlet expected to serve about 300 people on Thanksgiving.

It calls the outreach N.O.A.H. for no one alone on holidays.

Members say the free meal is a way to show the community they care, but gives them a reason to get together as well.

Bob Summers with the church says, "this is our home away from home family because were not at home which is Reno, Nevada and so to be here in Myrtle Beach with our extended family having Thanksgiving is really what its all about."

This is the second year Low Country Community Church served a Thanksgiving meal.
