Smoke Free Horry is encouraging smokers to quit or at least make a plan to quit.
They delivered their message at Coastal Carolina University, Horry-Georgetown Technical College, and Coastal Grand Mall.
Smoke Free Horry is operating through a grant from the National Centers for Disease Control, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, and the South Carolina Tobacco Collaborative.
