About 100 fathers spent Thursday morning with their children at North Vista Elementary School in Florence.

They're taking part in the All-Pro Dad program.

North Vista's PTA adopted the program which encourages fathers to have one-on-one time with their children.

It's aimed to help dads become better fathers.

Several NFL coaches, including Tony Dungy, are spokesmen for All-Pro Dad.

Fathers at North Vista watched a film on the joys of fatherhood before eating a hot breakfast.

Some dads and children dressed alike in their favorite football or basketball jerseys.

School officials say they were amazed at the turnout.

They plan to provide monthly activities for their dads and children at the school.
