Sex offenders on probation or parole in South Carolina have to abide by a curfew on Halloween.
They have to stay in between 5:30 p.m.and 9:00 p.m. There must be lights outside their homes, can not distribute candy or participate in Halloween parties or Carnivals.
In some counties, registered Sex Offenders have to report to a designated location. This system has been in place in Horry County for the past two years.
