Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday is looking for someone to host a new online golf destination show.
Golf Holiday is holding a casting call for the show, which is scheduled to debut in early 2012.
Golf Holiday says the Internet-based program will focus on items like course and equipment reviews, tips, celebrity interviews, and information about the Myrtle Beach area as a golf destination.
If you'd like a shot at the job, record a 60-second video clip explaining why you should be the host and upload it to your personal YouTube page.
Then, send the YouTube link to: facebookfriday@golfholiday.com.
Although Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday will review the audition clips, they're also posting them on their Facebook page so fans can offer feedback about the prospects.
The deadline for entries to be submitted is Friday, November 4.
"This is another way for us to communicate with traveling golfers about the benefits of a Myrtle Beach golf vacation," said Bill Golden, president of Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday. "We are looking for a host who is engaging, golf savvy and can communicate the fun a Myrtle Beach golf trip offers and what a special place the Grand Strand is all year."
