Nathaniel Coe, 40, of Timmonsville, was arrested Tuesday and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Child Under the Age of 11 Years
Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff's Office charged Coe with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Child Under the Age of 11 Years and Committing a Lewd Act Upon a Child.
According to the arrest warrants, in June Coe engaged in sexual conduct with an 8 year old.
Coe is being held at the Florence County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
