Wednesday afternoon, Florence police charged Mildenzel Malcolm Davis, 20, of Florence with murder.
Tuesday night, they arrested Jamaad Thomas on the same charge.
Police say the two shot and killed Jesse Raheim Bower while he was standing on a front porch on Ingram Street on September 18.
Davis was already in the Florence County Detention Center on unrelated charges. Police served him with the murder warrant Wednesday.
Police say there is the possibility of more arrests.
