Florence police charged Jamaad Dreqwan Thomas, 18, of Florence with murder.
They say he's responsible for the death of Jesse Raheim Bower. Bower was standing on a front porch on Ingram Street on September 18 when shots were fired. Bower was hit and killed.
Police arrested Thomas at his home yesterday. They say more arrests are expected.
