Florence County Sheriff's investigators arrested Clarence Junior Quattlebaum, 47, of Johnsonville and have charged him with Arson, Burglary and Grand Larceny.

Quattlebaum broke into the Evans Brothers and Sons store on Broadway Street in Johnsonville in 2007, according to investigators, and took lottery tickets, cash and hand tools, then used an ignitable liquid to start the fire.

The interior of the building and just about everything inside was destroyed.

"Over four years after the incident, solid leads were developed to result in this arrest," Sheriff Kenney Boone stated.
