HARTSVILLE -- Workers at the H.B. Robinson Nuclear Plant near Hartsville are trying to figure out why the reactor shut down today.

It happened about 11:45 a.m. Monday.

Workers say it seems like some of the sensitive plant equipment experienced "low-flow" and shut itself down.

They say the unit is now in safe, stable condition and once they figure out what caused the problem, they'll fix it.
