The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has cancelled an Amber Alert for a 2 month old.

The Greenwood Police Department says the baby was found safe and a suspect has been arrested.

Nariyaz Keytasia Neal was last seen on Merrywood Drive in Greenwood Monday afternoon.

Police say the mother, Kaybreshia Timpson, was shot and left to die on a South Carolina roadway. They say the mother was first shot inside her car, and then shot again outside the car, where she died. The infant was then driven away in a car.

The Amber Alert was cancelled after about an hour and a half, after police say the suspect turned himself at a store about 10 miles away in Hodges.

Police have not yet released information on the suspect.
