CONWAY -- The westbound lanes of Highway 378 are now open, after the highway was shut down by firefighters responding to a building fire at Highway 501.

We'll let you know when the rest of the highway reopens.

The fire damaged 3 units of a building, according to Captain Jeremy Carter, Conway Fire Department.

The fire started at Smalls TV. The other two units had smoke damage.

The owner of Smalls TV was inside when the fire started, but he made it out unhurt.

Because Conway fire crews were already on the scene of an accident nearby, they were able to respond quickly to the fire and get it under control in 15 minutes.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
