Horry County police charged Stefano Tyshawn Brooks, 27, of Shallotte, North Carolina with Attempted Murder.
Police say he stabbed a man at the Pour House Bar in Little River on August 17 after the two had got into a fight. The victim's injuries were life-threatening.
Police arrested Brooks Monday. He is out of jail on bond.
