Georgetown County deputies charged Richard Keith Lilly, 48, of Murrells Inlet with Open Container, Failure To Stop For Blue Light, Reckless Driving, No South Carolina Driver License, and Criminal Domestic Violence.

Deputies say about 7 p.m. Tuesday, they tried to pull over Lilly in Litchfield Beach for an outstanding warrant for Criminal Domestic Violence.

They say Lilly refused to stop and led them on a chase to Glenns Bay Road in Horry County where they reached speeds of 70 mph. Deputies say Lilly went into an apartment complex on Glenns Bay Road where they arrested him.

No one was hurt.

Lilly is also wanted in Maryland for Sexual Assault.

He's being held in the Georgetown County Detention Center.
