Florence County deputes arrested Kelvin Danier O'Neal, 23, Tuesday and charged him with Accessory after the Fact to Murder and Conspiracy.
Talia Poston and Billy Hall were killed around September 1, 2009.
Deputies say O'Neal helped with the murders, transported one of the co-defendants and handled money after the murder.
Deputies have made other arrests in these murders in recent weeks. The investigation continues.
