Antonie Flemming faces DUI, failure to stop for a blue light and driving under suspension charges after a chase in Horry County Thursday.

SC Highway Patrol says a trooper tried to stop Flemming for not wearing his seat belt when he took off. It happened about 10:45 a.m. on Clay Pond Road.

Troopers say after a short chase, Flemming ran his car into a ditch. They say he ran out of the car and troopers arrested him.

Flemming is being held in J.Reuben Long Detention Center.
