Florence County deputies charged Joe Junior Salters, 52, of Lake City with Unlawful Use of Telephone, Discharging Firearms into a Dwelling, and Possession of a Weapon during Violent Crime.
They arrested him Saturday.
Deputies say on Friday, Salters shot multiple rounds into a home on Hart Lane in Lake City. They say he thought there was a woman in the home. They say he made multiple phone calls threatening the victim and others.
No one was hurt.
Salters is out on bond.
