The City of Conway is thinking about changing how groups can organize special events.
The way it stands right now, Conway doesn't have a law that restricts things like pets and coolers at special events.
If passed, groups holding special events will now be able to add restrictions to their events and festivals.
Council passed a first reading on the ordinance.
A second reading will be held Monday, August 8th.
