Some improvements in Myrtle Beach are garnering national attention.
National Geographic named the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk the third best in the country, behind only Atlantic City and Coney Island.
The magazine says the MB Boardwalk "breathed new life into the Grand Strand beachfront."
It touts the live entertainment, including stilt walkers, jugglers, bagpipers and weekly fireworks.
