WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) - Police in Wilmington are still looking for suspects and a motive in the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy.
Authorities say Tony "T.J." Harris Jr. was found shot twice in the chest on a porch around the corner from where he lived Thursday evening.
Detectives says officers are following leads, but are having trouble getting witnesses to the shooting to speak up.
Ann Ashe found Harris on her porch. She says he was a happy teen who made people laugh and she fears her neighborhood may be turning more violent.
