NewsChannel 15 has obtained warrants detailing the specifics of the charges against Gregory Martin Hill.
He is the former Mullins High School football coach. Last September Mullins police arrested Hill on nine charges of disseminating harmful material to a minor.
Police say he showed cell phone pictures of his genitals to a 16-year-old girl.
Monday, the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) arrested Hill again on new charges out of Dillon County.
According to the warrants, Hill solicited material of a sexual nature from a 14-year-old girl. The warrant says he was the church youth group worker at First Baptist Church in Dillon and met the teenager while she attended youth group activities. The warrant states that between the dates of November 1, 2009 and September 1, 2010, Hill encouraged the 14-year-old to produce videos of sexual nature and send them to him electronically. The warrant says Hill also solicited the teen to turn the webcam on her in her bedroom while she was changing clothes and to allow him to view her while she was undressing.
On November 28, 2009, a warrant says Hill began chatting with the 14-year-old on Yahoo.com and Facebook. The solicited material was saved and then sent to Hill electronically by the victim.
Another warrant says Hill befriended a 15-year-old girl at First Baptist Church in Dillon where he was the church youth group worker and had numerous conversations with her on Yahoo and Facebook. The warrant says he emailed a picture of his genitals to the teenager allowing her to view the harmful material.
He's charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, dissemination of harmful materials and two counts of exploitation of a minor second degree.
Hill is out of jail on bond.
He was fired from his job as coach in February. The state Board of Education suspended his teaching certificate in September.
