Court officials say Magistrate Judge Belinda Timmons set bond Wednesday for Rodney Ivey on charge of giving false information to police at $473 cash or a $2500 surety bond.

Ivey was arrested Tuesday in connection with his wife's disappearance. Court officials say he is still in jail on a probation violation in connection with this charge. Bond on the probation violation will have to be set by a circuit court judge. There's no word on when that bond hearing will be held.

Meanwhile, the search continues today for Devin Ivey. She's been missing since June 8th.

Crews plan to use horses to search the areas where four-wheelers and other vehicles haven't been able to reach.
