Horry County Police charged a Conway man with attempted murder Monday.

According to a police report, Ronald Anthony Todd, 35, was charged in connection with an incident at a home on Barnyard Lane June 5.

Police say Todd went to the residence to get $10 that was owed to him. When the victim couldn't give him the entire amount, reports show Todd pulled and fired a handgun. A bullet hit the edge of the victim's sandal, but no one was hurt.

Todd was booked at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center Monday morning. He was released around 6:45 p.m. the same day after posting bond.
