Summertime is about vacation for some, but not a group of teens in the Pee Dee.

Youngsters at Marion Baptist Church in Marion are repairing houses for people in need.

The teens are a part of Marion City Changers, an extension of World Changers.

They're spending their summer working to rebuild, repaint, and remodel three houses at no charge for the homeowners.

"We scraped it and we're gonna paint it and let them have it and it's a new condition. I just love it. When we come out here. It makes all the people very happy and everything. It makes me happy," said Kaleb Capps.

The teenagers say it feels good to do something nice for those in need.
