Don Marsh is charged with Felony DUI.
A Hartsville man is charged with felony driving under the influence in a crash that killed a woman.
The accident happened on Highway 501 near Singleton Ridge Road in Horry County on May 7th.
South Carolina Highway Patrol Lance Corporal Sonny Collins says Don Leget Marsh was driving a pickup truck north on Highway 501 when he crossed the median into the southbound lanes, killing the driver, Deanna Lynn Plyler, and injuring two people riding in an SUV.
Marsh faces two counts of DUI where great bodily injury results, and one count of DUI where death results.
