A United States Army soldier from North Charleston was killed while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.

Private Cheizray Pressley, 21, was killed on May 16th when insurgents attacked his unit using an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan.

Three other U.S. soldiers died in the attack.

Pressley was assigned to the Brigade Troops Battalion in Fort Wainwright, Anchorage, Alaska.
