LATTA, SC -- The former Latta band teacher was back in court Monday, and a judge revoked his bond.
Tyler Hutto is charged with 2 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
When he was granted bond, he was ordered to not have contact with the two students he's accused of having sexual relations with.
But the 4th Circuit Solicitor's Office says Hutto met up with one of the teens several times.
Latta police say Hutto is back in the Dillon County Detention Center until an order for house arrest is drafted.
Then Hutto will stay at his grandparents home with no access to computers, phones or cell phones.
The teens he's accused of having relationships with are 15 and 16. Police say the charges stem from incidents between May of 2010 and his arrest on April 1, 2011.
Hutto, who was the band director at Latta High School until the day before his arrest.
