(AP) -- NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Police say a South Carolina man found out satisfaction is not guaranteed with his local drug dealer.

North Charleston investigators say a man called 911 early Friday morning complaining the man he bought crack cocaine from did not give him the correct change.

A police report says 41-year-old Dexter White told officers he paid the dealer $60 and only got about $20 worth of crack. When he complained, the dealer refused to give his $40 back.

The report says White smoked the crack he did get, then called 911.

Officers arrested White and charged him with loitering where drugs are sold. It wasn't immediately clear if White had an attorney.
