The city of Bennettsville and the city of Marion held elections Tuesday. Bennettsville voters elected a mayor and Marion voters elected two city council members.
The winner of the Bennettsville mayors race is Dexe Bostic with 59 percent of the vote to Freddie Hodges 41 percent.
The winner for Marion City Council District Two is Ronald Atkinson with 54 percent to Loretta McGill's 46 percent. For Marion City Council District Five, the winner is Odessa Gregg with 52 percent to Jerry Mitchell's 48 percent.
